Graham Stringer is the Labour MP for Blackley and Broughton. He was first elected in 1997 and served as a Parliamentary Secretary in the Cabinet Office, then as a whip in the Blair Government. He has also served in numerous committees during his time in Parliament.
Currently, Graham sits on three committees: the Motor Vehicles (Compulsory Insurance) Bill Committee, the Science and Technology Committee, the Foreign Affairs Committee and the Panel of Chairs.
